Our boutique farmhouse features several different Alaskan artists art throughout the home. We provide two inviting bedrooms and a comfortable twin bed in upstairs nook to ensure a restful night`s sleep after a day of exploration. The rooms are tastefully decorated, exuding warmth and simplicity to complement the natural surroundings.

You will find a well-appointed and spacious bathroom, equipped with modern amenities and a soothing ambiance to unwind and refresh.
Living Area:

The home is nestled in a very quiet neighborhood close to Matsu Regional Hospital, Gas Stations, Carr's Grocery Store, Parks, Lakes, Hiking areas, Skiing, Snow machining, Glaciers and much more! Skeetawk Ski area is 15 minutes away.
Best way to get around town is by Taxi or UBER.
This property is 45 minutes from the Airport. The property is nestled in between Palmer and Wasilla, which makes getting around really easy.
Palmer or Wasilla has great restaurants near by, great hiking, fishing, skiing and much more.
No Pets are allowed on the property due to allergies.
NOTE: If evidence of pets are found, you will be charged $550.00.
