Summary: We lucked out by finding this place a week before booking. In contrast to other hotels, we did NOT have to worry about breaking, homeless people passed out on street, traffic, parking, poor hotel conditions etc- at all! We had a great experience here and will plan to stay at other Sonesta properties moving forward. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable and the amenities were perfect for my family (free breakfast, pool, hot tub, basketball court, kitchen and pullout couch bed). Additionally, rooms are complete with a big fridge, wifi, tv, soap, makeup remover, shampoo, conditioner, closets and drawers, radio/clock, air conditioner, napkins, utensils, cooking pot/pan, plates, cutlery, etc). House keeping comes every 3 days to peak in room (they won’t fully come in because of the latch on door) and cleans once for those who stay longer than 7 days. We came across 1 teensy inconvenience which was that the front desk did not communicate with housekeeping that we were checking in early. We had to return to front desk for keys to a different room. We paid $25 for advance checkin (3-4 hours earlier). Furthermore, I asked for early checkout and housekeeping did not respond to front desk’s calls on phone or walkie so she could ask. To my surprise, she was kind to say that it was okay! My only wish was that the rooms were bigger and there was an additional fire pit, but that was a want more than a need. Everything was lovely and it has everything you’re looking for.
