▪️ Garbage disposal: DO NOT put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the disposal—throw them away. If it stops working, press the small red button underneath or use an Allen wrench in slot underneath to free it up.
▪️ Pet Policy: 100 per pet per month, please ensure pets do not do their business inside the home (no pee pads on floors!), please clean up after pet hair, and do not let pet hair go down shower drains if you bathe them, it will clog our pipes!
▪️ For Monthly Guests, we have a Utility Cap of $200; guests will be responsible for any overages.
