Along with a fish cleaning station, grill and a 7 cubic ft. ice chest on the ground level, you'll have everything you need to catch and prepare your own seafood dinners!
When you arrive, use the community boat ramp (for a nominal fee) to put your vessel or jet skis in the water and dock them right behind the house. From there, easily navigate to the Roanoke Sound for exceptional saltwater fishing, water sports, or a sunset cruise with views that span across multiple OBX islands. Oregon Inlet is only 13 miles from the house.
Recent updates include LVP flooring on the main level, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and a newly rebuilt deck that overlooks the canal and includes an outdoor dining set for al fresco meals.
