Beautiful 5 Bedroom beach house 4 houses from the beach. There is a beach view from the outside upper deck. Its located in a family area in Lavallette. 3 of the bedrooms have full beds & 2 bedrooms have Queen beds. There is also a pull out queen size sleeper couch in the living room that will sleep 2 additional guests. There is an outside shower at the back of the house. The house has: Washer, Dryer, AC, Cable, & WiFi. There is off street parking for 4 vehicle. There is a walking boardwalk along the beach that runs the length Lavallette. The Kitchen has a Dish Washer, Microwave, Refrigerator / Freezer with an icemaker. It also has an outside Grill on the back porch. You will need to supply your own linens. There are numerous restaurants, bakeries, ice cream, and convenience stores within walking distance of the property. Seaside Hts and Point Pleasant Boardwalks are only minutes away for this location. Payment can be sent to owner along with signed contract, via use of a credit card using a Pay Pal invoice or check mailed to owner. NOTE: There is a 1 Bedroom Cottage ( 2 Twin Bed in the Bedroom & a Queen Pullout couch in the living room that Sleeps 4 comfortably) This cottage is located at the rear of this property that is available for rent Separately. Contact owner if interested. Also, both the Front House and Back House will be available for rent thru November, Weekly or for the weekend.
