Spacious house with the charm of old and modern comfort renovated in an European style with a large garden in a quiet area close to Downtown (5min), beaches (15min), Yoder’s Fresh market and Arlington park 5 min walk (tennis, basketball, Olympic pool, and playing area for kids).
With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private heated swimming pool, equipped kitchen and TV equipped living room, it can perfectly accommodate a family or group of friends of 8-12 guests.
This house of about 2108 sq. ft. (196 m2) is fully furnished and equipped, and will be perfect to enjoy your stay in Sarasota. You can easily park one two or three cars in the driveway. You enter in the house in a relaxing open living room with a large window with a direct access to the pool. It features one sofa in tones of blue and grey which can be transformed in two twin beds.
The dining room is next to the kitchen with a nice high table for 8 guests and another living area with a grey couch. The living room is very luminous with a large window. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all amenities: microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, and dishwasher. The bar for 3 guests can also be used. The clothes washer and dryer are located in the garage. Free Internet in Wi-Fi is also provided.
The master bedroom features a king size bed with a sleek taupe and blue decoration, a dressing room, two large windows and a direct access to the pool. You then have access to the master bathroom that includes a tub, shower, toilet, double sink and mirrors.
The second bedroom features two full size beds, and the third one two bunk beds (4 beddings) and a mezzanine with 2 extra twin beds. The decoration is simple in tones of grey. The spacious and screened swimming-pool is great to enjoy the average year-round temperature of 73 Fahrenheit degrees (23 Celsius degrees). With its round table, two deckchairs, a gas grill and an outdoor living room, it will be perfect for family and friends.
