Property is 45 minutes from the Ted Stevens Airport. 10 minutes from the Mat-Su Regional Hospital. Great restaurants, hiking, fishing, site seeing and more is nearby. Skeetawk Ski area is 15 minutes away. We provide a cooler that you can use for road trips.

Firewood is provided in-between the bungalows in the fire wood bin.
Before heading to bed, make sure the fire is fully out and the cover is placed back on the pit.
NO Smoking & Vaping inside: You’re welcome to smoke or vape outdoors only. Please note: any smoking inside will result in a $500 fee.
