It is on the Aggie bus line and has a fenced-in backyard, and can comfortably sleeps 7 or 8 with two queen beds, one full futon couch, and two twin beds. It comes with 3 parking spaces; shampoo and conditioner; blow dryers; coffee maker and coffee; microwave; complete kitchen including dishes, pot and pans, silverware, etc; and all linens. This is a no smoking, no pets property.
My condo is your condo during your stay. You will never see me unless you have trouble with something. I do not live in this unit, it is used only as a short-term rental property. There is even a keyless entry for your convenience. Once a reservation is secured, I'll give you the door code. All I ask is that you treat my property with respect and enjoy the space.
