*IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Please note: To complete your booking, all guests are required to sign a rental agreement.
- This unit offers one parking space and street parking is also easily & readily available; free over night parking can be obtained through the city for 3 days per month. For longer stays, ask host for parking options.
- Parking is in the garage only and it is a small garage. SUVs and larger cars need to park on the street.
- Coffee, creamer & sugar are provided for your enjoyment!
- There is a unit below this one that is used as a short term rental. This is an older home & the sound barrier is not perfect. You may be able to hear the people downstairs from time to time and they may be able to hear you.
- Any events need to be cleared with the host prior to booking & there may be an extra charge.
* Pet Policy:
- This is a pet friendly unit, however, we do have limitations. Guests must notify host at the time of booking if they would like to bring a pet & include the following information; # of pets (limit is 2), size & breed information & confirmation that pets are potty-trained & well behaved.
- There is a non-refundable $100 per stay pet fee & owner must agree to pay for any damaged or additional cleaning in excess of the fee.
- Owners must clean up after dog immediately after going to the bathroom in the yard.
- All pets must be crated if left unattended in the unit. Dogs may not be left alone in the unit if they are prone to excessive barking or causing damage.
