It has a very central location in the Tampa Bay area, all the excitement of Clearwater and Tampa are only a stone's throw away. This is an ideal Rental if you are a keen golfer or just want to relax on Florida's white sandy beaches.
This tastefully furnished home has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6), 2 baths, an over-sized 1 car garage, fully stocked kitchen, living room, Florida room with a wood-burning fireplace, dining room with a large picture window that overlooks the pool and river, and a large private pool and deck that you can fish from.
(No swimming in the river, PLEASE! MUCH WILDLIFE!). It is not uncommon to spot majestic Manatees and Dolphins in the river. Enjoy bird watching? This would be the place to stay, as many exotic birds can be spotted from the backyard.

Summary: We had the best time staying here! My 8 year old loved being able to fish right off the deck. The whole family had a blast using the kayaks. The air hockey table was a hit for the whole family as well! The house was well stocked for everything. And we enjoyed being close to so many activities. Thanks again for sharing your home with us!
