Each of these spaces has privately fenced backyards, living areas, and kitchens that could accommodate groups from both homes when desired!

There are 5 bedrooms total: 1 master bedroom on the main level and 4 upstairs. Four of the bedrooms have queen beds, and one of the bedrooms has a twin-over-full bunk bed & a twin over twin bunk bed.
There are 2 full bathrooms & 1 half-bathroom in the home. One full-bath is connected to the master bedroom with the other being in the upstairs hallway. The half-bath is just off of the living room and kitchen area.
There is room for 2-3 cars in the driveway back to back as well as additional parking on the street as needed.

The inside of the home is approximately 1,400 square feet all on the same level.
With the way we have set it up, it is capable of holding a maximum of 15 people as long as there are 2 people on each full bed.
We have created it this way so that large families with kids, adults, or couples who don't mind bunking up together can come and enjoy a very affordable vacation close to everything in Charlotte.
However, our home is also suitable & affordable enough for a small family, group of friends, or several couples who want to each have their own room and space to spread out a bit.
The backyard is full of character, and we have added a fire pit area to the back with 10 outdoor chairs so that everyone can gather around the fire & enjoy themselves.
We have invested lots of love, hard work, time, & energy into this cozy place, so we hope that you will make the trip to enjoy your Queen City getaway in our peaceful home.
There is room for 2-3 cars in the driveway back to back as well as additional parking on the street as needed.

Other Things to Note:
We would like to note upfront that the fireplace in the living room in Home #2 is not able to be used at this time. We would love to have it running, but for liability purposes, we have decided that it is best to leave it as more of a decoration than an item to turn off/on.
Gas Grill: We provide gas grill for our guests. Please note that it's just not feasible to clean this after every guest, and so you may have to clean it before use, depending on how the last guest left it.
