"We never wanted to leave" -2022 renter. Torch lake is just 8 miles away from this truly unique, beautiful home. Serene location with two ponds as well as a stream and artesian fountain just outside the door. Let the kids try and catch fish out of the ponds or go on a search for turtles or frogs. Blue Herons, white tailed deer, and river otters have been known to stop by as well. It is truly an oasis of peacefulness just outside of the quaint town of Bellaire, and at the same time has very fast Wifi to keep in touch with your world. At the end of the day you can sit out on the patio to grill up dinner and watch the fireflies dance, listen to the peepers peep, and sit around the campfire with s'mores or fire table on the patio with a glass of wine.
