Ladd Landing Oasis is a spacious modern apartment that is close to Chattanooga's Northshore and Downtown but secluded enough to offer relaxation and privacy. This apartment is located below a townhouse. It has a private entrance. The apartment is built on a great room loft concept with living area, kitchen, and bedroom all flowing together. The living area features a two leather memory foam futons and a modern leather loveseat. The 55" LED smart television is mounted on wheels so it can be moved throughout the apartment. There is a desk with chair and high speed internet for your remote working. The kitchen is offers a full size fridge, large sink, microwave, smooth top range with oven and a dishwasher. The bathroom has a combination tub & shower. The private patio has a gas grill and a private hot tub. You'll have exclusive use of the private fenced in back yard. . Some pets are welcome with prior approval.
